General Updates

• Casey Cain gave updates for new participating members.

TSC Updates

• Mr. Cain gave updates from the TSC elections and announced the newly elected members. Mr. Damker took over and provided the rest of the TSC updates which included: API Backlog, Release Management, Commonalities, Identity and Consent Management.

Marketing Updates

• Mr. Damker & Mr. Kümmerle provided the marketing updates. There is another event this year in Paris. The 2025 budget has been approved and the team is working on planning/mapping out 2025.

Release Management

• Tanja de Groot provided the release management updates. She stressed to the groups to create the release trackers for Spring 2025.

Commonalities

• Rafal Artych provide the commonalities updates.

Backlog API

• Jorge provided the Backlog API updates.

Identity and Consent Management

• Axel provided the Identity and Consent Management updates. Axel noted that they are changing the info.description. Every API repository doing a new release should adapt the new text, but there is no need to do a new release just for this change.

Sub Project Updates

• The sub project leads provided their updates.

• Tanja de Groot Please create API release tracker for all who presented today and have a plan to be part of Spring25 meta-release

• Tanja de Groot API Backlog, is it in scope to check the API naming - noticed some conventions that were not developer friendly. Is there somewhere we should add to govern the API naming?

  • Kevin Smith Eric Murray The sub projects themselves choose the names. If we do not like the names that we all see in the sub projects, we can comment and make a note. A reminder to make developer friendly names.

  • Tanja de Groot List of API categories, where do these come from and what exactly category group do we follow? Herbert jumped in and pushed these questions to the TSC.
