Topic 4 - MWC messaging for Spring release

• Outreach Committee has decided to decouple the communications of

  • Operators having successfully implemented Fall24 meta-release APIs incl. showcases (at MWC Barcelona 2025) and

  • Announcement of CAMARA Spring meta-release (during the quiet messaging time after MWC Barcelona 2025)

• TSC has asked Outreach Committee for that decision, answer will be provided.

Topic 6 - Website - Ecosystem view on logos

• tbdWe discussed the idea to have another view on the CAMARA logos at the CAMARA website. In this view logos are attached to the ecosystem layer in which they are acting. Purpose is to motivate logos to join the ecosystem and CAMARA and be visible in his ecosystem view.

• The solution can technical be implemented by the existing means of the landscape tool.

• Please make up your mind

  • if we would like to have that view on the website

  • how the structure of the boxes should look like

  • if we want to allow logos to be in several boxes

  • if we want to link concrete products behind the logos

  • …

• We continue the discussion in the next Outreach Committee meeting.

Topic 7 - Website - API descriptions

• Current GSMA API descriptionsIn the moment we have only a copy of each Sub Project Github Readme.md at the CAMARA website. But interested people are more looking for (nice) API descriptions. GSMA has already API descriptions on their website: https://www.gsma.com/solutions-and-impact/gsma-open-gateway/gsma-open-gateway-api-descriptions/ . Proposal from GSMA is to join forces, create nice API descriptions and host it on the CAMARA website so that GSMA can link to it.

• We now work with GSMA on a concept for it until the next Outreach Committee meeting.

Topic 8 - Review of Tata Exlsi whitepaper

• Tata Exlsi has created a whitepaper

• tbdabout CAMARA, the APIs, potential use cases and market potentials.

• We are asked to review it, target is to show the CAMARA logo on it.

• Lyle Bertz Sylvain MOREL Justin Paul have volunteered to review together with Jill Lovato Markus Kümmerle

• Our target is to win Tata Exlsi as sponsor as prerequisite to have a joined press release.
