Issue 1: Update BYO-CallHandling Session

Issue 2: Update BYON flow doc

Issue#15 and Issue#17 Added some missing arrows. Work in progress Separate the doc in two files, Include a simple description of the events in API, and improvement the notification documentation. Add more clarity and action bars.

Issue 3: RACM Session

Updated three yamls files. The primary change in the RACM API is the session ID parameter.
Include additional channel types (Eg:PNS) and change the resource URL to a channel ID.
