Agenda
The project's Antitrust Policy is linked from the LF and project websites. The policy is important when multiple companies, including potential industry competitors, are participating in meetings. Please review it, and if you have any questions, please contact your company’s legal counsel. Members of the LF may contact Andrew Updegrove at the firm Gesmer Updegrove LLP, which provides legal counsel to the LF.

#619 Align quality-on-demand and qos-provisioning with Commonalities r4.4 (#618)
Needs final approval and merging, as it gates the r4.2 snapshot
DRAFT #597 Remove device property from SessionInfo and AssignmentInfo, add to new additional schemas (#596)
From 09-04: the property of the resource should stay across the lifetime, not vanish after the first response — is that now reflected?
DRAFT #582 Restrict port ranges for enhanced QoS flows — still draft, not in scope of Sync26 (#581)
Issues potentially in scope of Sync26
#585 replace local SingleIpv4Addr/SingleIpv6Addr with common $ref
#601 limit QoS Profiles Duration maximum — in or out of r4.2?
#592
retrieveQoSProfiles/retrieveSessionsByDevicedocument a 404 that cannot occur — @Ben Hepworth to investigate and provide a PR if needed#568 Carve-out of qos-profiles — work is done, can this be closed?
#600 r4.1 release issues — anything outstanding?
QoSProfiles (new repository, same codeowners as QualityOnDemand)
Seeded September 8th; no release tagged yet. Release r1.1 (RC) — Sync26: #13 Release Issue Created
Merged: PR #19 docs: scope qos-profiles description beyond Quality-On-Demand
Open #5 seed from QualityOnDemand r4.1
For the group: should QoSProfiles get its own agenda section and a slot in the sub-project rotation from the next meeting, or stay reported under QualityOnDemand?
AOB
Sub-project rotation: the order rotates each meeting (QoSBooking -> DedicatedNetworks -> QualityOnDemand -> ...). The 2026-09-04 agenda repeated the 08-21 order, so this meeting resumes the cycle with DedicatedNetworks first. Next meeting: QualityOnDemand -> QoSBooking -> DedicatedNetworks.
Next meetings:
Next regular CQM: October 16th
Volunteer required for moderation back: Eric Murray
Dedicated Networks Breakout: Monday, October 5th
CQM Breakout - API Alignment: Wednesday, October 7th - may be cancelled as whitepaper complete
Reminder: OSS Prague, October 7th-9th - whitepaper announcement
