DECISION: OK
Antitrust Policy
The project's Antitrust Policy, which you can find linked from the LF and project websites. The policy is important where multiple companies, including potential industry competitors, are participating in meetings. Please review and if you have any questions, please contact your company legal counsel. Members of the LF may contact Andrew Updegrove at the firm Gesmer Updegrove LLP, which provides legal counsel to the LinusFoundation.

New Procedures in API Backlog WG meetings
A number of improvements are under discussion with leadership team of OGW project (Henry), CAMARA Project (Markus), Product Definition WS (Helene) and TSC (Herbert). As of today, the WG adopted agreements are three:
To close the agenda SEVEN DAYS BEFORE the conf. call.
In case a WG participant wants to include a point in the agenda (e.g., present a new API proposal), this participant shall ensure the corresponding issue is opened in Github by then.
Exceptional situations will be treated separately.
New schedule of conf. calls **The meetings are to be held by Linux Foundation (Links available at GitHub and Confluence Backlog front pages)
2nd Thursday of the month (9-10:30 UTC)
4th Thursday of the month (15-16:30 UTC)
Send agenda to TSC mail list, to encourage more TSC member companies to join the call and provide comments when they identify APIs which are of interest for them.
New API proposals are included in backlog table when template PR is created, linking to the pending PR
PR will be merged as soon as ready for TSC, and should be merged before TSC review
API enhancements requires existing group’s validation. TSC is informed accordingly to validate
Link and status in backlog table will be updated accordingly
Issue to track API onboarding will be opened once new API is confirmed in TSC.
Recent Updates & Recap
Last TSC meeting 2025-06-05:
Two APIs proposed for review to become sandbox:
MultiPoint VPN
Provides on-demand connectivity across various networks with guaranteed bandwidth and flexible SLAs.
Proposed by Infosys, original issue 205, MultiPoint VPN template and additional information: MultiPoint VPN.pdf
Sandbox repository to be independent.
Decision: No formal objections → OK for sandbox
[Onboarding Tracker] MultiPoint VPN #232
Voice Verification Code
Enables fast and secure delivery of voice verification codes to mobile phones, enhancing identity verification with higher protection than SMS and nearly 100% success rate.
Proposed by China Unicom, original issue 160, Network Traffic Analysis template and additional information: Voice Verification Code API Introduction.pptx
Sandbox repository to be part of “Number Insights” subproject.
Decision: No formal objections → OK for sandbox
[Onboarding Tracker] Voice Verification Code #233
Additional administrative topics:
Incubation requests: @Herbert Damker propose a formal vote for the transition to incubation because this is an important step in CAMARA API lifecycle.
(proposal for review) Edge Cloud APIs Split: Similar to previous one, but not yet confirmed (issue #222).
(proposal for review) Frozen API draft: A proposal has been made to introduce a “frozen” API draft status to help manage the backlog and focus on active proposals [Governance issue #189].
Decision: Review required. We let the issue/PR open till next TSC to gather TSC feedback and then will be discussed in next TSC. - See also PR190. The PR will be open for reviews / comments by @camaraproject/tsc-participants until next TSC on June 19th.
Other topics
(API enhancement) Device Swap
TIM Brazil proposes adding a notification subscription version of the Device Swap API to the GSMA Open Gateway portfolio. The development, aligned with the existing SIM Swap notification model, addresses strong demand from the insurance sector in Brazil (issue #230) and included in scope meta-release fall25.
Decision: OK
(information) Subproject renaming: The current Number Verification subproject (which includes Number Verification API, SIM Swap, SMS-OTP APIs, and Device Swap) will be renamed to Number Insights. [Issue #216]
(information) KYC APIs split: Age Verification, Fill-in, and Match APIs will be split into separate repositories. Onboarding trackers have been created for kyc match, fill-in and age verification [issues 217, 218, 219]. No sub project name change for now, still “Know Your Customer”(even if “Customer Insights” will look pretty good)
(information) The PR proposed adding CK Hutchison as an active participant in the APIbacklog. md file. However, following discussions within the API Backlog group, it was agreed that active participants should now be documented in the Wiki participant pages for each subproject, categorized by role (CodeOwner, Maintainer, Contributor, Follower). Since this structure is already in place, the update in this PR is no longer necessary.
Decision: This information has been addressed through the wiki. The PR can be closed.
(discussion) Number Recycling group to be part of Number Verification sub project (proposed Number Insights) issue #50: Discussion was made in the KnowYourCustomer SP meeting on 10th June, taking the GitHub comments and the SP's discussion on 27th May into account, and the conclusion was that the SP's preference is to keep Number Recycling API in the KnowYourCustomer SP. (For details, please refer to the KYC SP minutes).
Decision: Close the issue with the KYC’s response.
(proposal for review) Please review the PR to finalize the process.
This issue proposes creating a structured process to handle repository transitions across CAMARA states (Sandbox → Incubating → Stable → Archived), aiming to reduce manual work and ensure consistency.
This issue proposes the creation of a standardized GitHub issue template specifically for new API proposals.
This issue proposes the creation of a issue template specifically for onboarding trackers.

AP for @Haojie Li https://github.com/camaraproject/WebRTC/issues/52 to discuss in WebRTC about relationship new information to be uploaded and treated in next session Recommendation is that China Mobile join regular WebRTC call to discuss 5G New Calling proposal there.
