Issue#79 - Scope for fall25 release.

Align with possible commonalities/ICM
Propose incubation of repository (done) and stable version target

Functional scope of the API is stable. Wait for commonalities (June 19th) in case any change applies.

Issue#83 - Propose PDD repository as incubated, following backlog procedure.

Proposal to be brought to Backlog and TSC and approved, posible evolution to stable in case any of the telcos can certificate with GSMA by september.

  • create a wiki page for the Sub Project "Population Density Data": Population Density Data

  • move the existing API repository page underneath it

  • change the API repository page so that it represents an “Incubating API Repository”
