Define first WIP version of Predictive Connectivity Data API

The first ‘wip’ version of the API has been merged with the scope discussion. Accepted precision and height as optional parameters and signal strength as optional signal with feedback from Telefonica technical team.

  • Allow output to include Signal Strength (in addition to Service Level)

  • Support precision as an input parameter

  • Support height as an input parameter

  • Height: OK with maximum of 250 meters and as optional parameter.

  • Precision: Let’s include this optional precision parameter and align with the Population Density API behavior.

  • Signal Strength: (TBC) If the API consumer says, I want signal strength we can respond, no, that feature's not supported or we can have another endpoint for service level and one for signal strength.
