• TSC on July 3 moved the M3 date to Jul 8. Decision expected on TSC of July 17, 2025.

• Currently 62 APIs proposed for the meta-release (numbers are not final as API repository teams can decided until M3 milestone to participate), thereof

  • 27 new APIs

  • 35 updated APIs, thereof 11 stable APIs (of which all 9 stable APIs from Spring25 and 2 first-time stable APIs)

  • 44 repositories

• It is expected that some of the new initial APIs may not make it into the meta-release, but would rather do an alpha release and target the next meta-release - API teams please read the docs, team-up with experience team members, etc.

Issue analysis by Herbert on: Clear recommendation needed if removal of AUTHENTICATION_REQUIRED is a patch, minor (or major) update · Issue #499 · camaraproject/Commonalities seems to be a non issue as all stable APIs are anyway doing a mior release update, and only 1 API is doing a patch update and was not concerned by the removal of AUTHENTICATION_REQUIRED error

@Tanja de Groot to provide the input for the TSC on July 17 on stable API targeted releases (only 1 patch release).

This shall be managed latest for the next release of these APIs. This issue will be closed by M3.

  • on the left hand menu, click on “CAMARA API Review Trigger“

  • in the blue area, on the right end, click on “Run workflow“

  • in the “Run workflow” dropdown, paste the full URL of the pull request to review

  • click green “Run workflow” button.

  • output will appear in the “CAMARA API Review Trigger #xx” issues created on the Actions page under “actions run”.

  • open the issue and scroll down using the left (menu) or right (scrollbar) to under the gray workflow box to find the output of the analysis.

  • copy relevant output to one or more comments in the PR
