Release Management proposed to use for Commonalites release numbering scheme used in Sub-projects
The VERSION file in the main folder of the repository can hold the Commonalities version, artifacts can apply separate versioning

the next version of the guidelines document should not introduce new guidelines, but just improve the readability of the guidelines that we have defined it can be introduced after producing alpha release
