  • M4 declaration: approval of M4 done in the September 18 TSC meeting.

  • Announcement email is waiting for the release of the WebRTC API (RM approval was done) - release was available just before the call.

M5

  • M5 date: M5 declaration in the TSC meeting on September 18.

  • Marketing target event - proposed: Webinar on e.g. Oct 9. Press release a week before.

  • 40 Fall25 API repositories with 60 APIs are part of the meta-release

    • 10 stable API

    • 23 new initial APIs

    • 27 updated Fall25 initial APIs

    • ScamSignal API released by GSMA as well in line with Fall25 Commonalities and ICM guidelines

  • Announcement email to include

      • Comm & ICM milestone 6 months earlier than today

      • Comm & ICM public release (M4) to be done 3 months before Fall APIs M4

    • Proposal to be prepared by Release Mgmt team for discussion with Commonalities / ICM and in next TSC end of September
