Release schedule update

• New meta-release schedule proposal following the feedback in Dual Phase proposal: see

  • SECOND DRAFT: v2 Updated meta-release plan - CAMARA Project - CAMARA Project - still WIP

  • Proposal v2 - feedback:

    • Release Management proposal is ready for the steady state case.

    • Spring26 and Fall26 adjusted schedule for the transition period based on the following assumptions:

      • no new APIs to be release in Spring26, focus is on Comm/ICM release only.

      • initial APIs can still create a release at any time and ask for review: they should use the Fall25 Comm/ICM release until the public version of Comm/ICM of Spring26 is available.

      • Fall25 API should plan to prepare updates for Fall26 based on Comm/ICM of Spring26.

      • proposed adjusted schedules for Spring26 (Comm/ICM) and Fall26 APIs are also available - see SECOND DRAFT above.

  • New meta-release naming : please check & comment https://github.com/camaraproject/Governance/issues/200 .
