Subproyect way forward:

• TEF communicates it does not envision new activities on the Blockchain API for the moment. In this way it pauses their participation in this subproyect. This has been also communicated from business side to its DT peer.

• This decision does not imply the termination of the WG itself. Other participants are welcome to continue the work.

• DT expressed interest in continuing the initiative

• DT asks about short-term lifecycle in the subproyect. Two (main probably) scenarios may happen:

  • Other companies/actors are interested in participating in the subproyect with leadership by DT or any participant. So subproyect will be resumed in short/mid-term

  • There is no feature evolution in some period so subproyect is entered in “archive” status. It is mentioned that this would happen in some time, probably a year without activity. Checked offline after the meeting: archiving criteria currently mention two consecutive meta-release cycles without activity.

• Open call is agreed to be promoted to welcome participation into this subproyect

  • Also situation will be commented in the next All-hands, to spread this open call.

• DT also points whether it is benefit to update README.md file of the subproyect to highlight the fact that meetings are cancelled for the time being. It will be checked with LF Team
