Agenda
The project's Antitrust Policy is linked from the LF and project websites. The policy is important when multiple companies, including potential industry competitors, are participating in meetings. Please review it, and if you have any questions, please contact your company’s legal counsel. Members of the LF may contact Andrew Updegrove at the firm Gesmer Updegrove LLP, which provides legal counsel to the LF.

General Topics
Progress / Status of CQM Breakout session
@Thorsten Lohmar
Limited progress due to Thanksgiving
High-level concepts: common concepts identified, different namings to be clarified. Different use cases to understand.
Next: deep dive into a specific use case, including call flow
@Alberto Ramos Monaga is working on a summary, timeline? Using a template, using already discussed content. Needs from APIBacklog?
@Jose Luis Urien Pinedo Alberto's whitepaper proposes a phased roadmap for CQM APIs, organizing the evolution into stages: Baseline (QualityOnDemand & QoS Provisioning), Phase 1 (QoS Booking), Phase 2 (QoS Booking & Assignment), and Phase 3 (Dedicated Networks), while aligning concepts.

ready for final review
https://github.com/camaraproject/DedicatedNetworks/pull/88
in progress, concept and error code discussion.
https://github.com/camaraproject/DedicatedNetworks/pull/81
Use of new “409 INCOMPATIBLE_STATE” error code introduce in Commonalities, therefore dependent with 0.2.0 on Spring26 Commonalities
https://github.com/camaraproject/DedicatedNetworks/pull/71
Enable device group management (separate resource)
@Murat Karabulut TMUS has looked into device group management also. Device group management can be generalized (e.g. areas, …). Potentially a service management API. Working on a proposal, worth a specific discussion (in context in Commonalities?).
@Murat Karabulut will look into #71 if it fits to their proposal and we could be comfortable to propose it as a traversal API
@Herbert Damker interested in how partial success is handled for group of devices in the different API (e.g. only a sub group could be assigned/granted access)
https://github.com/camaraproject/DedicatedNetworks/pull/87
@Hubert Przybysz offers a presentation about this topic → agenda next meeting or in breakout session next week
Open Issues
Issue in Commonalities got closed without changes (xxx)

@Randy Levensalor will do the final review and merge then
https://github.com/camaraproject/QualityOnDemand/pull/434
@Randy Levensalor will solve the merge conflicts so that we can continue the discussion/review
Spring26 will be changed to Fall26 (no release planned in Spring26 for the stable API)
Open Issues
no scope issue yet
Test Statements (Fall25 version): any experiences / with implementation of quality-on-demand and/or qos-profiles?
New: https://github.com/camaraproject/QualityOnDemand/issues/520
also relevant for the other APIs within the Sub Project, common understanding needed (e.g. QoSBooking^2)
https://github.com/camaraproject/QualityOnDemand/issues/513
@Eric Murray will create a PR for the first meeting in January
