Agenda

The project's Antitrust Policy is linked from the LF and project websites. The policy is important when multiple companies, including potential industry competitors, are participating in meetings. Please review it, and if you have any questions, please contact your company’s legal counsel. Members of the LF may contact Andrew Updegrove at the firm Gesmer Updegrove LLP, which provides legal counsel to the LF.

API Design Guide for MCP-related Topics Timeline

Meeting the timeline for Sync26 might be challenging, so the pragmatic approach is as follows:

  • creating an appendix to API Design Guide defining the direction for MCP Enablement in API definitions that could become normative in Sync27

  • starting with a few widely adopted APIs (pilot APIs) in Sync26 implementing additional guidelines proposed in the appendix

  • preparing updated API Design Guide and Tool Definition Guide within Sync27 cycle.
