Spring25 meta-release (Spring25)
13 new APIs and 23 updated Fall24 APIs (of 25) are published for Spring25.
Total of 36 APIs in 19 API repositories

All APIs have done their public API release.

We keep RM issue #161 and the test issues open for some time for other companies to add their experience.
For TSC:
progress 0% - these APIs have already done a previous stable release for which there were implementations (presumably) - recommend to keep in meta-release
progress 50% - these APIs look good, but need more time for testing, due to accumulated delays in the meta-release - recommendation is to keep as stable in meta-release
M4 declared in the meeting - YES !!

Target declaration of M5 by TSC on March 20th.
is OK for input to marketing.
