The policy is important where multiple companies, including potential industry competitors, are participating in meetings. Chairperson Election

•  Election will start today Dec 19, 2023 

• Voting will be extended to early January to account for the Christmas holiday

2023 Events

2023 Event Tracker

• Remove 2023 Event tracker from GitHub

• Migrate any changes from GitHub to the wiki, the new source of truth

• Migrate changes from the .xlx document to the wiki

2024 Events

• Main event is MWC 2024

  • CFP closed on Dec 17th, but we can try to work with the CAMARA community

• Jill mentioned that there are going to be additional open source networking events in the US and EU in 2024.

Misc

• Jill spoke about generating some content for CAMARA

  • She asked that community members submit any ideas

  • She also asked to share any user stories / use cases that the community can

    • API aggregation

    • API usage

    • etc 

  • She indicated that it would be great if there were more social media mentions by members of the community

• There was a question for Jill about where content is posted
