Release Management r1.1 and r1.2 have been created

• where should they be documented ?

• on the release management homepage - yes @Tanja de Groot

• in addition: on the meta-release page ? - No, only if/when found really usefull

• Some remaining DRAFT releases need to be removed.

Updated API release tracker

• Latest version is here: Use by RM admins only: Content for API release tracker template (v7 - 08/10/2024) - CAMARA Project - CAMARA Project (atlassian.net) - should we make content shorter and put info in the explanation (on wiki and in GitHub) ? keep as is for now.

• Update template is now in place and can be used by API Sub Projects
