Options are
in commonalities in an .md file to be copied onto each sub-project for each API
on API tracker page. see example here: API release tracking process - CAMARA Project - Confluence
Checklist still needs more work and is proposed to be split into
a shorter API release checklist which will be put back in the Commonalities project
a set of release governance rules for the API Sub-projects
This will be discussed in coming thursday TSC together with the notion of Sandbox and Incubator status for API Sub-projects
Other things to be done:
Fix the checklist table entries tick boxes
Check with Casey on APi release tracker template update - do not include checklist in tracker
